About the Journal

Paradigma Hukum Pembangunan is the Journal of Economic Law, International Trade  Law and Commercial Law  with  a peer-reviewed free open-access scholarly journal published the first time on 2015. The journal was dedicated to furthering the understanding of Economic Law, international trade and commercial law that published by the Faculty of Law Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. The aims of the journal is to offering an international academic platform for cross-border legal research in, economic, trade law and commercial law. Submitted articles were reviewed anonymously and subjected to a rigorous editorial process. The journal aimed to stimulate research and become a major publication which provided an opportunity for academics, practitioners and consultants from different backgrounds to discuss the significant legal developments in, economic,  trade and commercial law.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Paradigma Hukum Pembangunan (PHP). Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in PHP are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

 The author who submits a manuscript, should comply with the author's guidelines and template, the editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

Authors should  registered, and submit the manuscript ONLY by submission system, we don’t receive the article by email.  All papers submitted should be original contributions and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
