Vol. 11 No. 1 (2026): JURNAL PARADIGMA HUKUM PEMBANGUNAN – FEBRUARI 2026
Paradigma Hukum Pembangunan is an open-access scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, focusing on the fields of Economic Law, International Trade Law, and Commercial Law. First published in 2015, the journal is committed to serving as an international academic platform to foster cross-border research in economic and trade law.
This Volume 11, Number 1 edition presents scholarly articles that have undergone a rigorous editorial and selection process to ensure the quality and originality of the published work. The journal accepts contributions from both domestic and international authors, enriching the discourse on developments in economic, trade, and commercial law.
